Sportek Events offers two (2) unique Training Camp Experiences, both designed to provide exposure opportunities for players aspiring to achieve the next level of competitive play. Every International Tour Program will include an intense pre-departure Training Camp! Collegiate Coaches and Basketball Recruiting Services will be in attendance evaluating and assessing the talent.  Players will have the chance to show everything their game has to offer as they’re brought through challenging NBA and Collegiate level training sessions, and scrimmages with other elite program participants. The intense and challenging program is designed for select High School Seniors and Underclassmen who want to compete against other top ranked players in the presence of evaluators and collegiate coaches. The results will be made available to over 700 Men's and Women's College Coaches and National Recruiting Services!

You can maximize your college exposure, Impact your team, Become a more efficient leader. Develop the skills and intangibles to transform your game. All of the above will happen when you participate in the 2013 World Championship Cup & Training Boot Camp!

The event which will be conducted over a four day period in Las Vegas July 12-15, 2013, will be the premier summer training experience in the United States. Nearly 1,000 athletes from Europe, the Caribbean and the United States will attend and compete.

The World Championship Cup (formerly known as the World Challenge that was held in Florida) combines intense elite Basketball Training by the most prominent Basketball Trainers in the United States with a competitive tournament, allowing athletes to showcase their skills.

What is unique about this event is how it is constructed. As a student-athlete, you will be able to "create" your own daily training schedule, electing which skill element and trainer of focus you would like to emphasize. Each Professional Trainer will specialize on key position fundamentals, in addition to the general concepts of the program curriculum.

Exclusive to this special event will be a training faculty among the who's who in Elite Basketball Mentorship. Headlining the group is Ganon Baker, considered by many to be the originator of the Basketball Training industry. Now, in his 11th year offering Ganon Baker Basketball Services, he is renown throughout the United States and internationally as the premier clininician. Sought after around the globe, Ganon will share his energy and expertise with all of the participants, and conduct their training identical to how he trains LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Amare Stoudemire and many other NBA Stars.

Joining Ganon will be nationally renown Strength and Conditioning Coach to NBA Stars, Alan Stein, one of the key mentors to the development of Kevin Durant. Former Olympic Basketball Vertical and Power Coach Carl Poe, Current NBA Assistant and NBA Elite and Nike Trainer, Dee Brown. The celebrity trainers that will be participating is an unparalleled assembly of All-Stars never before created.

Bahamas and Costa Rica Programs

The Sportek Boot Camp for Bahamas  & Costa Rica Program Participants is an unparalleled Basketball experience that combines on court intense training, games and team preparation with a classroom component that continues to impact athletes! Led by renown Nike National Basketball & NBA Trainer Mark Adams, athletes leave the training experience changed, with a clear understanding of how to proceed and gain the ability to "coach themselves" to facilitate repetition and rapid development. The two day intense training training session will be conducted prior to your departure for the Caribbean. Athletes are trained in an intensified Boot Camp, identical to the format utilized for World Class and NBA Combine Athletes.

This past July, over 240 Athletes participated in the Florida Boot Camp, which annually is held in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida at Lynn University. It is an unparalleled Basketball Training Experience, structured for the holistic student-athlete development.

Athletes will be challenged in the areas of skill mechanics, footwork, speed, agility, power and quickness training. Athletes will utilize unique technology based skill developing equipment to vastly improve and analyze game mechanics. All participants are expected to bring a Basketball Notebook to the Program, as all athletes will take part in classroom sessions that will enhance the physical and mental aspects of player development. You will be expected to listen, participate with questions and apply the classroom information into game and practice situations on court. Focus areas will include  Mental Toughness, Building Confidence, Communication, Nutrition, Life Skills, Leadership, Team Mentorship, and Individual Workouts.
